I have always associated Sunday with setting up my week. A few things I always have on my agenda are: - 1. A sweat session— something to get me moving 2. Grocery shopping & meal prep (even if it’s just a few things to have on hand) 3. Organizing my weekly calendar— projects, appointments, meetings, social things, etc. 4. Self care— could be an epsom salt bath, face mask, sauna sesh, whatever makes you feel good! 5. Organization— cleaning up & making sure everything I need is where I need it to be... clothing, products, etc. - What’s your Sunday routine like?!

Here is a really fun and challenging Full Body Plank Circuit I created. All you need is a light set of dumb bells but you can do it without them💥 Perform each exercise, moving from one to the next without resting. Rest for 1 minute and repeat circuit up to four times (I did four but three is great too): 1️⃣ 10 Plank row and kick back alternating sides (total of 5 each arm) 2️⃣ 8 Plank front raises each arm 3️⃣ 5-7 Rotating T Extension each arm 4️⃣ 30-45 second Plank 5️⃣ 12 Alternating Plank Leg Lifts into 30 second High Plank Jack 6️⃣ 30 second Star Plank each side (I was shaking through these! Push through & do it as long as YOU can ) *️⃣ Rest one minute and complete up to 4 rounds 💥 It’s funny because it looks simple but it’s very challenging 😅 ! I really enjoyed pushing through this workout and I hope you do too 🙌🏼 Give it your best!
