If you get your order and you’re not happy, we’ll take it back within 30 days. You can get an exchange, a credit or a refund. Just make sure it’s unworn and unwashed, and returned with the tags. Our full policy is outlined below.

Return requests made within 30 days of the ship date qualify for a full refund. After 30 days and within 90 days of your ship date, we will accept your return for an exchange or store credit. Please note in all cases you must ship your return within one week of receiving your return shipping label.
Return merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged or altered, in the condition you received it, completely free of make-up stains and dirt. All tags must still be attached.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Refunds and exchanges will be processed once the item has been shipped by you and received in our facility.*Final Sale items promotion will not be eligible for our 30 day return policy.
To return an item or exchange it for an alternate size or color, call us. If your return is eligible, we’ll email you a return/exchange slip and pre-paid shipping label. Please follow the steps below:
Final Sale items are not eligible to be returned or exchanged. If you return final sale orders without an approval, we may reject the package.
We are unable to provide pre-paid return labels for Canadian returns. Call or email us for return approval, then send by Canadian Post Small Packet Shipping. We will refund this shipping cost to you. Returns made using any method other than Small Packet-USA will only be refunded the cost of this shipping method. All other return policy terms apply.
International orders have a different return process and do not qualify for free returns or merchandise exchanges. Return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.
After receiving approval from us for the return, you are welcome to return items to us for a refund, exchange or store credit. Our return policy is noted above. Exchange shipments will be charged the international flat rate shipping fee.
When your package arrives at ENSMBL, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from ENSMBL.
