We accept returns in unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition within 30 days of your order. You can also exchange for another size or color, or for store credit to use on a different order. You can read our full return policy here.

If you live within the contiguous United States, and return your order within 30 days in unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, you don’t pay shipping on your return. Request a return in your order history and we’ll email you a pre-paid shipping label. Be sure to follow the instructions provided so your return isn’t delayed.

Return shipping typically takes 7-10 days from when you drop it off at the shipper location. Once we receive it, it will take us a few days to process. Most returns take around two weeks to fully process. Please note that depending on your payment method, it may take an additional few days for your card provider to credit your account.

We offer three shipping speeds: ground, priority, and priority express.

Please note that these shipping times reflect the time it takes to deliver your order once it leaves our warehouse. It may take a day or two to process and ship your order.

Ground shipping on orders over $75 is free to addresses located within the contiguous United States. International orders, or orders to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and APO/FPO addresses may incur an addition shipping fee. You can also choose expedited shipping at an additional charge.

While we can’t promise a style will come back in stock, we do restock many of our signature and most popular styles. We’ll be offering you an easy way to get on a waitlist soon, but in the meantime, check back once a month, you might find that style you’ve been pining for.  

We offer pre-orders for specialty styles on a case-by-case basis. Subscribe to our emails to be invited to exclusive pre-orders on some of our most anticipated looks.

State laws require us to charge sales tax to addresses in most states. If your state requires it, you’ll see sales tax added at checkout.

Please note that if you place an order to an address outside of the US, you may be responsible for duties on delivery.

You can cancel your order within one hour of placing it, by calling us at (213) 275-0001. After that we will try to accommodate your cancel request but depending on your order status may be unable to cancel your order.
